When you order, we will receive details of your name, address, email address and credit/debit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. We will not pass on your details to anyone or any organisation and we will treat your details with complete confidentiality.

We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to The Hamper People and its associated businesses only. If you do not wish to receive such material you may untick the box at the foot of the page which asks you for your name and address etc. Your details will then not be used in any future mailings.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

We have put in place various security procedures to safeguard your personal information, including secure server software (SSL) for encryption of your credit card information, and digital server identity technology to ensure that your connection to hamperpeople.com is secure. The actual servers are securely located and accessible only by authorised personnel.
